Windows 10 Black Screen (Not of death) Quick Fix

I have two monitors plugged into my laptop running Windows 10.
Recently the laptop built in screen has been going 'black'. The other two monitors work fine and everything is happily running. The only way to fix it was to restart the computer or do a sleep/wakeup cycle.

I've had a quick look in the event log for anything relating to the graphics. I really didn't want to spend too much time investigating this...

Fortunately I remembered a 'secret' windows shortcut that restarts the graphics driver:

Win + Ctrl + Shift + B

It didn't work. Hmmm. Not happy with that result, I waited, pondered and did it again about a minute later.

It worked!?!

Now I have a much faster way (albeit a workaround) to get my built in monitor back to life.

Further investigation should be on event logs, GFX card drivers and any applications that may be accessing the GFX card improperly.
